Erin grew up in Greenville, SC, and after graduating from Covenant College, worked as a tax accountant for 12 years in both Philadelphia and St. Louis. The Kickasolas moved to western PA in 2012, when Erin’s husband, Matt, joined the faculty at Geneva College. An accountant by profession, her passion is covenant children, and she has been blessed to serve the Lord in this capacity at Chapel since January, 2016. In 2019, she recently completed the Children's Ministry Certification Program through the PCA's Committee for Discipleship Ministries. Erin and Matt have two sons, Andrew and Micah. She enjoys spending time with her boys (all three of them), long chats over hot drinks, Cardinals baseball, and traveling to see extended family.
